8. Common Installation Errors
Here is a list of the more common causes of installation errors:
| Code | Meaning | Advice |
|---|---|---|
| 90 | /config/config.inc.php already exists. | Are you sure you are not trying to install over an existing instance of rogo? If you are happy you are not delete file and try installation again. |
| 100 | Temporary directory not writable | Try chmod g+w temporary directory |
| 102 | /media directory not writable | Try chmod g+w /media |
| 103 | /qti/imports directory not writable | Try chmod g+w /qti/imports |
| 104 | /qti/exports directory not writable | Try chmod g+w /qti/exports |
| 202 | PHP version too low | Try upgrading PHP to more recent version. |
| 203 | mysqli module not installed | Try installing/activating mysqli module |
| 300 | auth user already exists | Are you sure you are not trying to install over an existing instance of rogo? If you are happy you are not remove this user and try installation again. |
| 301 | stu user already exists | Are you sure you are not trying to install over an existing instance of rogo? If you are happy you are not remove this user and try installation again. |
| 302 | staff user already exists | Are you sure you are not trying to install over an existing instance of rogo? If you are happy you are not remove this user and try installation again. |
| 303 | ext user already exists | Are you sure you are not trying to install over an existing instance of rogo? If you are happy you are not remove this user and try installation again. |
| 304 | sys user already exists | Are you sure you are not trying to install over an existing instance of rogo? If you are happy you are not remove this user and try installation again. |
| 305 | sct user already exists | Are you sure you are not trying to install over an existing instance of rogo? If you are happy you are not remove this user and try installation again. |
| 306 | inv user already exists | Are you sure you are not trying to install over an existing instance of rogo? If you are happy you are not remove this user and try installation again. |
| 901 | /config/config.inc.php is not writable | Try chmod g+w /config/config.inc.php |
