Purpose: Holds which questions are set to be 'killer' questions.

Field	Type	Purpose
id	int(4) unsigned	Primary Key – auto increment.
paperID	mediumint(8) unsigned	ID of the paper the question is on.
q_id	int(4) unsigned	ID of the question.
