Purpose

Allows External Examiners to review the UoN response to their comments on the questions.

Function

We assume that

The exam has been taken
The internal examiners have commented themselves on the External's comments
Up to one week has elapsed since the internal review has finished

When the External logs in during this phase, the exam screens they see contain internal comments. In the first case, the internal examiner has acted upon the comments of the external:

ExamSys (Archive) > View Responses > EE response 1.png

But in this case, they have disagreed with the external:

ExamSys (Archive) > View Responses > EE response 2.png

All comments made by Externals are locked during this phase of the review. They can read response to the comments for up to one week since the exam was take.
